Hi! 👋 I am a clinical psychologist, and last year PhD student in Clinical Psychology at ISPA, Lisbon and a research collaborator.
📝Theme: behavioural addictions, particularly gaming disorder, using person-centred psychological profiles and longitudinal approaches to examine how emotional regulation, motivation, and relational factors influence digital behaviours.
